A fantastic two-bedroom suite offered a stunning view of the Gulf, perfect for family gatherings. The spacious layout and quality furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. While we enjoyed the poolside activities and the beach toys provided, the shortage of towels was a minor inconvenience during our stay. Dining was convenient with a fully equipped kitchen, although we missed out on some popular snacks like french fries at local eateries.

The pool area is nice but could be bigger. Location is perfect, right across the street from the beach!

Upon arrival, we faced room changes which was stressful, especially with kids. WiFi issues made work challenging. Enjoyed the beachfront access and the family-friendly dining options, but be sure to book spa services early. Consider bringing a DVD player for kids' entertainment during your stay.

We stayed in the 2 Bedroom Presidential Suite and it was awesome! Super modern and spacious with a full kitchen and laundry. The bathrooms were well-equipped too. Honestly, everything felt brand new. The only downside was the pool size but the warm water made up for it. Getting a beach spot can be tough since they go fast. Still, the room was perfect for a big group!

Unbelievable location, with the beach right at your fingertips and Pier 60's vibrant atmosphere just a stroll away. The expansive pool area offers ample space to relax, although it can get packed during peak hours.

Housekeeping isn't included in the resort fees for the south tower, which threw me off when trying to figure out costs that varied from $15 to $150 a day. The pool area can feel overly crowded, making it tough to grab a chair, and the fifth-floor view was pretty lackluster, peering out over a parking lot instead of the ocean. Plus, when you call for extra towels or other necessities, don’t hold your breath. sometimes it took hours for them to arrive. I also recommend being very vigilant about your belongings, as things seem to go missing if you're not careful.
